Balance HMB (Calcium B-Hydroxy B-Methylbutyrate) is anti-catabolic compound shown to support the body's ability to minimise muscle protein losses as a result of strenuous exercise. HMB is formed during the metabolism of the essential branched chain amino acid L-Leucine. Balance HMB helps maintain muscle mass and aids recovery after resistance training.
Recommended Dosage: Take 2 capsules three times daily after food. If required 2 capsules may be taken in the morning, followed by 4 capsules 2 hours before a workout.
