30 PLUS is a scientifically formulated natural and hormone free supplement for women of all ages. It assists and supports normal hormonal balance. 30 PLUS combines the internationally studied and established effectiveness of cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh) with natural amino acids, nutrients and vitamins.

Recommended Dosage: 2 Tablets per day. One in the morning and one in the evening or as prescribed, taken preferably with meals.

No added starch, gluten, yeast, salt or artificial colouring.
